Procedure Description

All patients are required to have medical photographs taken prior to the procedure. The area of the hollow is marked and local anesthetic is provided so patients are comfortable during the procedure. Restylane® is then carefully injected under the eye, visibly correcting the hollow instantly. The corrections look natural and eliminate eyelid bags while restoring the beautiful contour to the lower lid.

Procedure Length

A lower eyelid lift usually takes about 30 to 45 minutes.

Recovery

If there is no bruising, patients can expect to recover quickly, within 3 to 5 days, but individuals do vary in recovery time.
